November 17, 2006 NOD32 for Microsoft Windows Version 2.7 has been released and is now available for download. Licensed users may be download it from the Registered Software section of our web site. The trial version may be downloaded from the Trial Software section of our web site. The FAQ section of the support web site has been updated with information about NOD32 for Windows Version 2.7. November 8, 2006 NOD32 v2.7 Release Candidate 1 (v2.70.12) has been released today on November 8, 2006.
WHAT'S NEW This release contains the following changes from the previous versions from the beta test cycle: - Fixed issue with NOD32 On-Demand Scanner closing under Windows Vista
- Fixed issue with IMON that prevented Scheduler services from starting under Windows Vista
- In the Access Monitor (AMON) module, there is now one option for moving infected files to quarantine

Due to the rate at which this worm spreads and the risk it poses, ESET is providing specific removal instructions here in our FAQ. August 2, 2006 A new version of NOD32 for Lotus Domino is now available. The new version adds support for scanning all files on a Lotus Domino server. The new version can be downloaded from the Registered Software section of our web site. July 28, 2006 The installation software packages of NOD32 for Windows v2.51.26 have been refreshed with newer virus signatures (virus signature database v1.1678). These files are exactly the same as the previous ones except they contain a newer virus signature database. If you already have installed NOD32 you do not need to download it again—your copy will have already downloaded this update. July 19, 2006 Both the file server and mail server versions of NOD32 for Linux and NOD32 for BSD have been updated to Version 2.51.7. The BSD version of NOD32 is compatible with FreeBSD versions 4.x through 6.x. This release contains the following changes:

June 26, 2006 The trial versions of NOD32 for Microsoft Windows 95, 98 and Millennium Edition and NOD32 for Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP and 2003 Server have been updated. Version 2.51.28 adds the ability to upgrade from the trial version to the licensed version by ordering a license from your local reseller (or directly from ESET) and entering the username and password received with your purchase. May 26, 2006 A beta-test release of the Remote Administrator for NOD32 (NOD32RA) is now publicly available. Version 1.0.11 beta 2 contains the following changes:
•database maintenance features have been improved with clean-up, compact and repair options •logging has been enhanced with rotation (maximum number of alerts to store), Windows application and debug log options •server options have been extended •improved filtering for groups •license keys can now be uploaded •the network can now be browsed from within the Remote Administrator from the viewpoint of the server (for push installs) •added synchronization options for workgroups and Active Directory •SMTP authentication - the username and password for messages sent via email by NOD32RA can now be set •the Remote Administrator Console‘s environment (columns, filters) settings can now be saved •new online help and user’s guide (PDF format) •NOD32 v2.51.26 ENU is bundled with this release •CFGEDIT v1.27.021 ENU is bundled with this release •improved and repaired minor problem with remote installation •changed internal storage structure •other internal enhancements of console and server

April 5, 2006 We have begun testing NOD32 Intel-based Apple computers running Microsoft Windows XP using the beta test version of Apple’s Boot Camp disk partitioning software. No problems have yet been noted during testing, however, customers are advised to use caution when running under this beta test environment from Apple. April 4, 2006 NOD32 v2.51.26 has been released for licensed (registered) users. The thirty (30) day trial version of NOD32 will be updated shortly. This release contains the following changes:
